Tai Chi

In Tai Chi we focus primarily on practical martial arts. This means that we practice everything from the soft hand and weapon forms and Qi gong to wrestling, throws, sweeps, punches, kicks, rolling, falling techniques, fitness, inner strength and more.

You should attend the classes in soft clothes (school t-shirt is required after four months), short nails and no jewelry. We train barefoot (or in socks) on a soft mat. In the summer when we are outdoors sneakers or the like are suitable shoes. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water.

All students are insured through the membership of Mifuné (see information on registration and payment below). However, it is important that you take responsibility of your training and notifie Saar or your partner if there are parts you do not want to participate in.

We practice continuously all year round and beginners are always welcome! You can try out for two lessons free of cost – you choose whether you want to come on Tuesdays or Fridays.

Training sessions are of course drug-free and any criminal activity gets you banned!
